Will be there Sunday only, also have 60th to go to just round the corner from your place Dave. My folks live on the Pyrenees Highway, Chewton (Just round the corner past Golden Point Road heading to Melbourne). Can't miss the place as there is a marque (minus motor) and a suede purple XT wagon in the driveway. My old man has meet you before he's friends with Rodney Tunn (his 60th). Will try and catch up with you all at the swap & fingers crossed it wont be to much of a craft market

Probably just a height-challenged (apparently) discriminator like me!

See ya there boys! Look for us inside the oval but lined up beside the fence (left side as you enter the grounds).

Brett: we'll discuss build strategy of this 27T!!

Nothing quite like virtual construction
Bring on the little books for inspiration!

Could this mean another traditional styled rod to hit the road

I think Rob's going to the swap haven't spoke to him to see if the Val is running yet, might hamper him a little.

Compared to Choco, I don't believe you'd be considered height challenged. Girth challenged maybe, but if ya hang round with us at lunchtime, we can possibly show you how to deal with that problem.

Saw choco in the distance, bit like a mirage...

But never got to say hello.

had a good weekend, weather was out of the box.

Sadly the good hot rod weather is coming to a close...

Shit might have to build a roof!

Sorry I missed some of you. Spent the most of the rock n Roll dance talking to "Shorn" and taking the piss out of the done-to-death rock n roll songs. Not criticising the band, they were great, but {yawn} "Rock Around The Clock", "Blue Suede Shoes" and "Runaround Sue" are soooooo boooooooring!
We picked up Danny's Plymouth from Waddington's as we came in on Friday. Very nice job, but were not expecting the size of the bill! However, there were some complications and the work is very good, completed on time and they actually communicated with us during the process. They found a rather large bit of damage in the roof that had been filled with lead. Filled the badly done Jag sun-roof with HT station wagon roof. All doors, window moulds chopped, doors lined up and all pimered. Got some great comments on the trip back from curious on lookers and rodders.

I have to say that book sales were high, but everyome was buying Larry's books and not mine! What's going on, here, are you people SCARED of the technology? I have to hand it to the Castremaine rodders, they did a great job with this one (again) and I look forward to the next event.
Had to dash through the swap meet fairly swiftly, as we had to get an early start back to Canberra towing the plymouth. It was a slow trip, but uneventful and Danny's car now sits in the garage next to mine. Looks like most weekends are going to be full for the forseeable future, what with my car, Vicki's Vicki and Danny's sedan!
