And if someone out there buys the one I have for sale you could make it look just like it! Not sure about the doors though!

(In best Cheech & Chong accent)...
Hey muchachos... check out the gringo... what the hell is a yoot???

If you dig that kind of style Savanna1, then go to the newsagency and pick up a LOWRIDER magazine. There's some pretty crazy stuff in there, like gold plated brake discs and WAY TOO MUCH crushed velvet, but some of the old school stuff is cool.

You can thank those guys for keeping metalflake and candy alive for the last 20 years too!

I had to laugh last night when on the way home I watched a late model Ford Fairlane LTD (the EA series) go past with those exact style wheels and thin whites .....I believe the plates were LOWRDR.

Savanna, it is a basically stock 1953 1 ton (same grille as above). There are pictures in the swap meet cars section including a mocked up one not that far different from the one above. It needs resto but has little rust (for one of these), is pretty much all there and is factory RHD Australian Delivered from GMH. It is for genuine sale and advertised at $2500. I am open to reasonable offers but not stupid ones or I may as well keep it! I bought a 29 Chev Roadster so have abandoned the 53 project (I still have a 2nd series 55 Chev truck - not for sale). Contact me if interested. I would have built it along the above lines. Mexican style but not quite that radical!

Dave I would love to get it but i already have 2 projects that drains all my time and money so i do not think i need another one even though it is tempting!
