So how come more Sydney rods aren't showing up at the track?

Terry (oops forgot his last name again) took out the final of the quick 8 "others" on Sauturday. That duece is so consistent and smooth and Terry a nice bloke to boot. He done very well!

A Bug that thought it was a rod (my mate Jeff Baker) was running til lunch time too.

The twin supercharged CBB Racing car made it's first runs with the new engine. Running very fat as it only went together on Thursday it ran two 10.2s at 130mph before notcing that the lifters and lash caps were no more.

Dave Stoker brought his turbo bug back out with new paint.

Finally, Rod Penrose went looking for his pilots licence again...

Hopefully next time I'm trackside there'll be more rods running the quarter.....
