In one of my posts last week, I mentioned I was trying to find a copy of American Graffiti. Well I found one, it arrived at work today and the young chick who sits next me saw it exclaims,"Why didnt you tell me you were looking for this movie I have a copy I want to sell."

AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Normally my mates call me a tin arse because I manage to get things that others can't, purely because I talk to people & if I think they can help me, tell them what I am looking for.

No doubt you all have similar stories??????????

I hope you got the DVD. If not, and/or you don't have a DVD player, I STRONGLY advise you go and invest in one as the American Graffiti DVD is absolutely packed with fantastic extra features.

There are interviews with practically the entire cast, including all of the now "big name" actors, Harrison Ford, Richard Dreyfuss, Richie Cunningham... sorry, Ron Howard (he'll always be Richie to me ). When you hear about how they made the film it's really quite fascinating.

So have you memorised the script yet?

We had our first screening Sunday Arvo, thoroughly enjoyed it & will be watching quite a few more times.

Just love those grose cars.

Now I have to find Running on Empty & Vanishing Point on DVD.

It's been a Sunday morning thing to sit down with my 2 yr old grandson & watch a car video be it the Good Guys or something else. He thoroughly enjoys them.
