Hey everyone,

There was a hotrod at Lake Munmorah at the Great Aussie Mail Run that had a Ford 100th Anniversay dash plaque on the console. Would dearly love to buy one of these, as we attended the All Ford Day at Peter Warren Ford in Sydney, however didn't see any of these for sale on the day.

It looked like it was made of metal with an enamel finish on it. Have had a look on the Ford Merchandise page on the web, but it mainly has just clothing.

Does anyone know where I can get hold of one of these plaque's????

cheers,

All I remember is them being available from the Ford Australia website a while back. May simply not be available anymore. Might be worth contacting the Ford Heritage centre in Geelong to find out if they might have them.

These plaques were given out in goodie bags to entrants of Ford's 100th anno shows around the world, so no enrty, no plaque. Good luck trying to find someone to part with one of these, I know I won't.

My recollection of All Ford Day, 100th Anniversary was that you had to be a member of a 'Ford Club' ie: GT Falcon Owners Club, Early Ford Club, Model A Ford Club etc to be able to enter. We were in a different section called 'Public Entrant' as we were not affiliated with any club other than our Hot Rod club (Street Rodders United) and of course the ASRF.

As a hotrodder, we were able to be part of the day, however were not given any official entry. If these plaques are only available to entrants that were affiliated with a Ford club then that's a real damn shame for those of who own a genuine ford motor car & were part of the celebrations.

Anyway, I shall keep looking.
